vbFRET
vbFRET Toolbox: variational bayesian inference for smFRET time series. vbfret is software for identifying states in and inferring idealized trajectories from smFRET time series as described in ”Learning Rates and States from Biophysical Time Series: A Bayesian Approach to Model Selection and Single-Molecule FRET Data” . vbfret is implemented in MATLAB and is available for download .
