R package boostmtree: Boosted Multivariate Trees for Longitudinal Data. Implements Friedman’s gradient descent boosting algorithm for longitudinal data using multivariate tree base learners. A time-covariate interaction effect is modeled using penalized B-splines (P-splines) with estimated adaptive smoothing parameter.
